Hello

1. Make sure that Internet connection available on your Device
2. Make sure you can open this link in your mobile browser:
https://sync.mylifeorganized.net
3. Try to change Preferable Transport setting in MLO-BlackBerry application
here:
Settings -> Cloud Sync -> Advanced Connection Settings
In some cases "Direct TCP" or "Wap2" option will resolve the connection
issue.
