I have really started to embrace using tabs in v4. One of the things I really like is being able to have a dedicated review tab to make daily use of the review feature, so that I don't get a big backlog of items to review.
I changed the default review to include the following 1. Needs review (default filter) 2. NextReview does not exist AND IsProject AND ProjectStatus=Suspended 3. NextReview does not exist AND TopFolder = "Someday" 4. NextReview does not exist AND Context = @Waiting My main actions view omits any suspended project, or any context @Waiting, so if I omit an action in that way, it will automatically end up in my Review tab until I add a review schedule to it, so I can get those items out of my main view without having them fall through the cracks. One feature that would enhance this is adding the count of items to each tab, so that I could easily see if I had items waiting for review. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MyLifeOrganized" group.
