Hi - Just started trying to sync MLO tasks with Outlook 2010. I use Contexts proceeded by @ sign in Outlook. However, there are other values in Outlook categories that are used as keywords or as Projects by Clear Context. When I do the sync, I end up with dozens of extra contexts due to all of those. I can think of a couple ways to do this better.. 1) Option to only sync contexts preceded by a particular character 2) Option to only sync context that match those defined in MLO 3) Option to NOT synch particular contexts or terms (in combo with above)
