i´m interessted if somebody could share their experience and "howto" with 
the following scenario:
 
Within our company we have task list ( excel form; their containing 
numbering, problem description, root cause, measurement, planned schedule, 
status o f the task, and if finished the realization date.)
 
So you may have tasks where you will be self responsible or the tasks have 
to delegated.
( The point of delegation was discussed in  the forum, so no need to help 
there)
 
But, and that´s may major issue, how do you handle such kind of task lists.
 
Are you going to copy each of the tasks into MLO and make a crossrefence 
with hyperlinks in the notes for the "storage location" ?
 
And if the task in MLO is fullfilled, going back to the "original task 
list" ?
 
If you may be know, there´s not only one tasklist "flowing" around in 
companies, so i´m really interessted how your approach is to this issue.
