Play with Advanced Options under recurrence. The only way I know of to have
dates changed is through auto recurrence.

I'm pretty sure automatic recurrence on the parent will reset the subtasks
and keep the dates relative, but that the subtask date algorithm goes by
offsets, not dates. So since March and April have different numbers of
days, it probably would get the May dates wrong.

To test you can create your tree, try it out (one way to do this is change
"when all subtasks are completed" temporarily to "when any subtask is
completed"). Then hit "Undo" after each trial to get back to where you were.

I don't think you can use auto recurrence on the subtasks and the parent
because then the subtasks are never complete (they just recur) and it never
triggers the the parent.

I'm curious to see if you find a solution but don't have time to play with
it myself.
