You problem may be related to the network drive.

My MLO file is on a network drive (Y:).

When I try and link to any file on another network drive or even locally (C:),
link in the note shows correctly, but it puts Y: in the url it actually tries
to fetch.

I know this from the error message that pops up when I click the link.

For example, in the note is says:

file:Z:\example-file.txt

When I click it, it tries to fetch this url:

file:Y:\Z:\example-file.txt

Which of course does not exist, so I get an error.

It inserts the network drive letter every time. If I link to a file in my Y:
drive, it works fine.

If my MLO file is hosted locally (on C:), this problem is not present.

I am using MLO 4.0.1.2105-Beta 3

Kind regards,

JD
