I am surprised someone uses a range of urgency and importance from 0-200, but I obviously stand corrected. Thank you for pointing out the Max-->Min right click that I was not aware of. However I find this maybe too coarse, and a level ranging between 1-10 would be better. Thanks for the pertinent response. - David
