I agree with Richard, but I do not see the original bug (and since I don't,
I suspect it is really a bug dependent on the view). Here's my assertion:

Move from a New window should work just like move within the same window.
Further, move should work the same according to what view it is being
dropped onto, not where it was dropped *from*.

So I created a test task and assigned it a Context. I opened All Tasks in a
new window.

I went to my Active by Contexts tab and dropped the task onto a new
context. The context was updated and the tree was left alone. This is
long-term behavior or MLO and should be kept.  I hit "undo" to reset the
task.

I went to my new window, found the new task in Inbox, and dropped it again
onto my Active by Context view in the main window. Again, the context was
changed and the tree location was not.

So at least in some situations it works as expected -- at least the same
for both windows.

By the way, I was annoyed that I couldn't Undo in the new window. Would
love that fixed!!
