I want to confirm a few things. 

I have a team of 4 people I want to use this software for so I want to 
confirm the costs, as to me they seem very high.

$45.95 USD Per User
Then in order to share and view others tasklists, assign others tasks and 
monitor their progress, and also for mobile device sync, I need to spend 
$3USD a month PER USER (Or $15 a year PER USER) for this functionality?


Secondly, when I setup a brand new version, it asks me what format, but I 
am struggling to see the key differences in each type of layout?

Also does MLO handle teams natively? This is as much about collaboration as 
it is task management. I ideally want to be able to assign tasks to team 
members and monitor progress?
