1.      The users who participate on this forum don't have much influence on
pricing. If you want to get the pricing changed or if you want to ask for a
special bid, you should write to the developers at

2.      It has been a very long time since I did a fresh install so I will
leave this topic for others. 

3.      MLO is not natively a collaboration tool. Some users have gotten
good productivity using MLO across teams but it's mainly by repurposing
tools created for other uses like backup or synching phones with desktops.
