Hello again Neil,

I see you sent a reply but it started a new discussion thread, because you
replied to your digest email rather than clicking on the link to this topic and
clicking on the reply button within this Google forum.

So you're a Shadowplan user, eh? So your used to using a very flexible filter.
I started out with Shadowplan, before switching to Bonsai, until Palms just
became too unreliable. At that point, my original plan was to do just what
you're doing - switch to MLO on iPad only - but I found it was too limited in
it's current version. I'm looking forward to seeing how it develops over the
next few months, and have suggested a few features on the beta forum, to make
it more easy to use.

At the moment, I spend most of my time on the desktop version of MLO. As a Mac
user, you don't have that option. I hate to suggest a competitor's software
here, but you might find OmniFocus fits your needs. It's expensive, but it has
a Mac version and it gets good reviews. Having said that, I'm not sure whether
even that implements custom filters on the iPad. I'd download the user manual
before committing any money to it.

Stéphane
