So you're a Shadowplan user, eh? So your used to using a very flexible filter. I started out with Shadowplan, before switching to Bonsai, until Palms just became too unreliable. At that point, my original plan was to do just what you're doing - switch to MLO on iPad only - but I found it was too limited in it's current version. I'm looking forward to seeing how it develops over the next few months, and have suggested a few features on the beta forum, to make it more easy to use. At the moment, I spend most of my time on the desktop version of MLO. As a Mac user, you don't have that option. I hate to suggest a competitor's software here, but you might find OmniFocus fits your needs. It's expensive, but it has a Mac version and it gets good reviews. Having said that, I'm not sure whether even that implements custom filters on the iPad. I'd download the user manual before committing any money to it.
