I'm glad it's helpful!! Thanks for the "due before today" idea. I'd be happy to hear what you and others that start from my use model or something similar decide to change over time. I think I'm going to use this use model as an example/suggestion for an "Intro to MLO" type book. (With the more advanced book covering how to design your own from scratch).
