Hello Olivier, Ctrl+down is preassigned as a shortcut key for selecting the next item in the list, so you can't redefine it as a shortcut key. The advantage of ctrl+down is that you can be working in the notes pane and still jump to the next task without having to switch back to the outline / task list pane first. This is really useful if you want to paste some text into multiple tasks.
