To reiterate what Dwight said, the "Lock Period" Is only an editing tool --
not a property of the task.

I agree that "recur one day after this is completed" should ignore the hour
at which the task is completed and keep its original time parameters.

The other thing that works differently between the two types of recurrence
is "skip occurrences". It would be nice if this was standardized as well.
