Hi, Brian. I could not reproduce what you saw. Here's what I tried:
TRIAL#1 1. Opened a new tab 2. Loaded the Active Actions view 3. Right-clicked on column headers 4. Selected Due Date. Result: Due Date column appeared. 5. Dragged Due Date to follow Start Date 6. Clicked on "Outline" tab. Result: view switched to All Tasks 7. Clicked on "New" tab. Result: view switched to Active Actions with Due Date showing after Start Date. Problem not found. TRIAL#2 1. In "New" tab with Active Actions showing 2. Right-clicked on column headers 3. Selected Flags. Result: Flags column appeared. 4. Dragged Flags column to follow Due Date 5. Changed "New" tab to show All Tasks view. Result: view switched to All Tasks 6. Changed "New" tab back to Active Actions view. Result: view switched to Active Actions view with Due Date and Flags showing. Problem not found. The reason for the two trials is that I could not tell when you say "go to outline and back" whether you mean to switch to an outline tab and then back to your original tab, or perhaps you mean to switch the view in your current tab to an outline and then back. There are other possibilities: Maybe you meant to set and clear the "show hierarchy" filter. Brian, could you try again and write up your process step-by-step so that forum members can try to follow exactly what you did?
