In response to your question, no, unfortunately she wasn't that kind of supervisor who cared about taking the time to look at that. This was an office (not working there now) that wasn't concerned with what the lower-leveled peons thought. I made several recommendations to her as to what would make our jobs faster. This is an office that had us using a Xerox machine to scan documents to email back to ourselves to get a PDF version of any document before I introduced the concept of PDF converter software to them. This was (and still is) an office where management is more concerned with doing things the way they've always been done because they didn't want to learn something new. MLO would have had her (and us) getting more done in less time. It would also be a cost concern but the real hurdle would have been to make companies like this aware of software like this.
