I've noticed that many of my reoccurring tasks do not stay marked as completed when I do the following: - Mark item as complete on desktop - Sync desktop with cloud - Open iPhone app - Sync iPhone app - Return to desktop version, sync with cloud - Latest occurrence of task marked incomplete, sometimes going back several occurrences
Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Or have a fix? Also, I have created a new profile on my iPhone app, and connected it to the cloud, as was suggested in other threads. Haven't used long enough to know whether or not that solved my problem. Syncing to the new profile on my mobile device did, however, erase all reminders on my desktop reminder window after I synced it to the cloud!! Please help.
