I haven't been able to find doc anywhere, but looking at them it's not too 
hard to figure out.

However I wouldn't call them "Templates" so much as "Examples to copy from 
as you go along"; they have a whole lot of tasks, and that is cumbersome 
and confusing esp. if you are doing any kind of syncing that isn't just to 
another MLO for Windows instance.

IMHO a useful feature would be to be able to mark subtrees to not be 
synced; although I'm new and might just be missing that, or it's probably 
already in the database and I'll go find it and vote for it :-)
