I don't use Evernote, so I cannot be sure, but have you simply tried 
cutting and pasting the task list into the rapid entry dialog??  At least 
may save the cut and paste of individual items - I would guess that if 
Evernote has a check box, you may get a leading [] ????

Otherwise someone else may have a better idea, but there is no sync....
