What motivates me? - a good track on my iPhone brings me off lazy or dark moods - in gym my special chosen gym music keeps me working - at desk or home my special chosen work music keeps me going - when stressed, classical music calms me down and puts me back on track - in gym, pictures of my body goals keep me going - keep to the rule '1st task, then remuneration for having it done' keeps me going - when overhelm, or when too long on a task, realizing that I am too long on it and probably overhelmed, just the mere fact of realizing gets me back on track, then, someone telling that I can either ask for help or cut the task into smaller pieces or ask someone whose has got expertise in this field to do it, helps me to get on and be motivated again - rituals keep me going
