Hello Stanislav, This is fixed and will be available in the next beta.
In the new release you will need to change default hotkeys for the following actions in MLO settings: ---- Edit --- .... Insert link to a file Ctrl+Alt+F // <--Change it to another hotkey ---- View/Goto Bookmarks --- ...
