From time to time someone from the MLO organization will contribute to this forum but in my opinion you are not likely to get much of a deal if you try to do your negotiating in public.

I asked for a commercial exception but the answer from the suuport is "The upgrade rules cannot be changed for anyone, sorry" This is really unfair for only 5 days! I was interested by the iPhone application and the cloud offer to link the windows version with my mobile. In such condition I will not go in this direction... and will probably find another solution... It's pity to lose a cutomer for only 5 days!!! Is it really impossible to make any commercial effort?
