Hi all, I'm trying to figure out how to share a certain context with another user.
Basically, I have one MLO file for everything - work, home, etc. I want to be able to share the tasks that my wife can help with, with her. I used to do this with separate MLO files, but this was a bit unwieldy, as I would have two separate files to sync, and would keep having to switch between them, and often forget to switch back and thus miss alarms and alerts. It's also an extra few clicks in the Windows Desktop client, because the open shortcut leads to a selector when you have two windows open. Ideally, I'd like to set a certain context to some tasks - say "Joint" - and have anything with that context synced to another file. Since we use Yahoo tasks as well, maybe some kind of selective export/sync to Outlook that then syncs to Yahoo would work too. Has anyone any thoughts about this?
