Time to time, I discovered that I was not able to find some completed 
tasks. I wondered why and where the items went. I was looking into archive 
and backup files for ages and there was no answer. Today is a great day.

My MLO is synchronized with the Microsoft Outlook and with the MLO Cloud 
Service as well. I use the desktop app on three computers, an iPhone and an 
iPad too. There are many chances to make a mistake and lose data. Besides 
MLO AutoArchive, there is a similar feature in the Microsoft Outlook - 
"Auto archive" and this is the heart of the matter.

*I forgot to turn off auto-archiving of the ToDo folder in the Microsoft 
Outlook and there was the trouble. *In the predefined intervals the 
Microsoft Outlook proceeds auto archving procedure and, therefore, removes 
all the completed items from "ToDo List".

Well, If anybody of you is wondering why some tasks are missing, try to 
turn off the auto-archiving in the Microsoft Outlook ToDo Folder.
