Same issue with adding dependency for a task. 1. setup "Completed tasks hidden" for the current view 2. Create or choose any task 3. Click Link "Add Dependency" 4. Appear dialog "Select tasks on which current task depends" 5. BUT by default flag "Hide completed tasks" is unchecked.
