I think what you want is a file that is shared with others (work), and a
different file that represents the part that is not shared (home), which
you would sync to a different profile.

However, I can't remember if you can sync different profiles to different
cloud accounts on Android. I think you can but you might need to test. If
you share the cloud account you wouldn't be able to stop others from seeing
your personal file and would defeat the purpose of separating the file in
the first place.
