When trying to customize a view I noticed that in comparrison with the default ACTIVE ACTIONS view, my new view showed a slightly different order and I discovered that the computer scores for the urgency of each task were now different. The custom view was identical except that I set the "Start Date" filter to today or earlier. Also if I extended the start date filter even further into the future the tasks all increased their Urgency calculated score in the view. I don't see how or why a filter should impact a calculated score that I assumed was completed based on the task properties. Any ideas why this would happen? Other than that I am enjoying this software since I started using it a few days ago.
