The following port should be forwarded from Mac to Parallels: 2103 21030 21031 On you iPad you should specify the IP address of your Mac (not Parallels). When iPad connects to Mac by this IP it uses one of the listed ports. Since you configured the forwarding the request is transfered from Mac to Parallels and you should be able to sync.
When using Crossover, the WiFi sync information box on the desktop displays a generic IP address. Therefore, the iPhone will not sync if you enter that address. Users must go into Mac preferences to locate their IP address. Once you enter that address on the iPhone, wireless sync works perfectly. Please let me know if you have any questions.
