As far as paid options go, I think gsyncit - http://www.fieldstonsoftware.com/software/gsyncit3/mobilesync.shtml <http://www.fieldstonsoftware.com/software/gsyncit3/mobilesync>is one of the better choices because it doesn't require a subscription.
