Thanks for sharing the link.  I checked out the website and looks like the 
free account is very limited.  As far as paid options go, I think gsyncit -

<http://www.fieldstonsoftware.com/software/gsyncit3/mobilesync>is one of 
the better choices because it doesn't require a subscription.
