Hi All,

I have searched this forum looking for an answer to my question
unsuccessfully, so if it is already posted out there I apologize.

I have previously been running the latest version of MLO on a windows 8
laptop.

Previously I have been dragging my outlook 2013 emails into MLO and this
then creates a link in the MLO task, that once clicked, reopens the email.
Unlike other posts, my emails still opened even after I had moved them to
a new outlook folder - however this is not the issue.

1 month ago I upgraded to windows 8.1 - nothing else changed. Now when I
drag an email to MLO and click the email links, MLO returns the following
error, regardless if the email is in the original folder from where I
dragged it or if is has been moved to a new folder. The error is:

*"Could not execute Outlook0000000000 (bunch of numbers) There is no
application associated with the given file name extension"*

As this is one of the main features I use, it has made MLO virtually
useless to me!

I am very computer savvy and have tried everything other than uninstalling
and re-installing MLO.

I am hoping someone else has experienced this issue and been able to
resolve it?

I look forward to any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Jason Graham.
