Hello Olivier If that won't be possible to achieve with Next Actions, you can achieve a similar result by viewing *Active* and *Completed Tasks* for every project. Firstly, we have to check "Complete Subtasks In Order" for every project to display only one task x project.
Then create a view. In the filter pane, under the general section, select *Show Actions: All* and *Show Completed: Yes* In the Advanced sections add a filter to show Active tasks and Completed tasks, like this: <https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-VlUB23dB2s8/U05JrwxQEjI/AAAAAAAABj0/vuR-Ml2yJ2I/s1600/Active+actions.PNG> Hope that will help.
