Hello Robert,
 
View exports shouldn't be .xml files, they should export from the PC as 
.mfv files.  Did you overwrite the file type?
 
(By the way, the group is usually quite a bit quicker at replying to topics 
posted here.  Sorry I missed your query, I've been offline a lot.)
