I think this is an *excellent* idea. Did anything come of this?
I would like popup text for describing all the current hotkeys available to
the user, when the user does a mouse-over on the relevant text.
e.g. "This is a project" would say: "Alt/J"
e.g. Mousing over the "Start:" date would say: "Alt/S"
e.g. Mousing over a Star icon would say: "Control/Shift/S"
etc.
And if the user had set up any special hotkeys, that these would appear
instead.
For the benefit of anyone who might find this irritating we could
a) make sure it happened only after a delay of say 2 or 3 seconds
b) possible have it configurable to be switched off somewhere... but either
way for the benefit of new & forgetful users I think it should default as
being on (!)
