I like it! A lot! I would suggest that perhaps the main group tab (the default for the group) would also become the first tab when a second tab is added to the group. So if my tab starts as Outline, and I want to add another Outline that hides completed, I would have both listed as subtabs to switch between, with something indicating which one is selected.
