Hi Lisa, Thanks for responding. Yes I searched the archives and found a couple of old threads that talk about issues but peter out without an answer. I find it odd that such a common feature is broken and there is not more comment on it. Maybe the MLO user base just don't find a need for it. I'd be interested to hear if anyone has managed to get it to work though. Sometimes a prompt via email can be the ideal method.
