As Martin says, it's most likely to be that your PC's IP address has
changed.

My home WiFi reassigns IP addresses pretty infrequently. It's a different
story in the office, where my PC gets a new IP address every day. So, I
then have to go into Tools-Options and check the IP address on my PC and
then change it in the Sync settings on my iPhone. The problem with having
to change the sync address is that MLO doesn't know whether you're syncing
with a new outline on a new PC. Any differences between that PC and the
iPhone that it spots get flagged up as an alert and, if you've been making
changes on both devices, you have to go through and make sure it's chosen
the right version of the truth for each item. The best thing to do is to
sync just before you shut your PC down, then sync again as soon as you
switch on, so you know that any changes in-between will be on the iPhone
version.
