I personally prefer my "someday" items to be a context, not a folder. This
way, I can keep my existing hierarchy and just toggle things "active" and
"inactive". What I mean by that is my normal tab shows all my stuff (as
usual) and my "active" tabs exclude the "someday" context. I then created
a special tab with just "someday" items so that when I do my GTD review, I
can easily see them.
