This is the user forum, which is a good place to report problems if you think other users might have a solution or be able to offer a workaround.I can tell you that my profile feels really big to me but it's much smaller than yours. Also, I have not experienced the hangs you described, nor do I recall anyone else describing anything similar. So I would suggest that you need to talk with MLO Support.
