Hi, Francesco. Over the years there have been many requests by various channels for an enhancement to MLO to permit rich text in the task note. Developers have indicated that they are aware of this request and also that they are aware of the broad support for the request. They have not to my knowledge committed to implementing it, however there has been some discussion of choice of technology (RTF, markup, markdown and others) and also issues about how to roll something out like this across multiple platforms that will not all update at once.
In my opinion the most effective place for requests like this is JIRA, a discrepancy-tracking tool used by the developers and open to beta testers. I have updated the pending request for richly formatted task notes (MLOBETA-188 for anyone with Jira access) to specify that implementation needs to also address providing for Task By Email to convert richly formatted emails into richly formatted tasks. -Dwight On Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 5:18:38 AM UTC-4, Francesco Consoli wrote: > > Task by emails is currently limited to plain text task only.
