Hey Dwight, BOC, Thanks for replies. Sorry getting back so late, must have missed the notifications or losing my mind, because I also thought I posted my solution here. I tweaked on it for a while longer and came up with this below which gives the results I wanted. Not sure if BOC's solution works - didnt' try.
