Hi, Jon. I don't really understand what's happening to you but I could take a
guess. Two possibilities

1. Could the two devices be using different cloud accounts? This seems
unlikely as you would have had to pay twice, but it's worth checking. Examine
the cloud account email address on both ddevices to ensure that it's identical.

2. Each cloud account can have multiple files up to some limit, I think maybe
it's ten? On Windows, in the sync profile, after logging in to the cloud
system, look to the part where you specify the remote file, and ckick "browse".
You should get a list of available cloud files. What do you see? Do you see
both the file you are using on Windows and separately the file you are using on
Android? If so, what happens if you point the windows system to the Android
file? Or follow the same steps on Android and point to the Windows file?

Caution: if this works you will end up merging the contents of two files. If
you have added the same task separately to both profiles then that task will be
duplicated. You could get lots of dupes -be sure to clean it up or it will be
confusing later.

Hi Dwight

Thanks for the response. Sorry for the delay in answering your questions.

I'm an android. And I'm referring to the cloud files. It seems like the cloud
server sees different data files when I'm setting up or editing my sync, when
I'm on my phone or pc.

thanks!

Jon

Hi, Jon.

What kind of phone, Android, i, or BlackBerry?

Which version of MLO?

And, when you say "data file" are you talking about the profile, which are the
files where MLO keeps your tasks? On Windows, the profiles have file tyoe
*.ml ... or are you talking about the cloud files, which live on the cloud
server and which you see when setting up cloud sync and you are asked to
specify the remote location that you want to synch with?

Hi

I have a problem. I got a new phone and am setting up the cloud sync on the
phone and I see a particular data file on the phone that I don't see on my PC
laptop and vice versa.

Thanks!

Jon
