Thanks Dwight.

Fwiw, I now find myself reaching for a calendar for the following:
1. Fixed external appointments (no surprise there!)
2. Goals (medium term - need both Start and End Dates)
3. Contexts (short term - within next week)

e.g. I have a whole bunch of 'personal admin' stuff I need to get on top of
to be done around the home and I want to schedule 2 hours for it all
tomorrow morning.

And then I have a major project area I want to slot in for another 4 hours
tomorrow after noon.

Currently I've started putting all 3 of these things into my Outlook
Calendar... It does seem messy to have to enter things twice. But at
least I can get an visual overview of the "Big Rocks" happening my next few
days. And this I find motivating.
