P.S. On reflection: If there was a better hotkey sequence to fire up Importance (or Urgency), then I guess I could use automatic markup on Importance to create my highlighting and bolding marking ups. However the only way that I have found to get access to Importance is: Alt/2, Alt/2, Tab, arrow key. Yes, possible, but rather painful!
I have spotted that if you right click on the Importance column, then the options all then do have keyboard short-cuts. - M for Max - A for A lot - O for mOre - N for Normal (etc) Is there any way to open the Importance column's popup other then by using the mouse?
