The flexibility of MLO already makes this possible, but this is advanced stuff.
Have you come across custom views? These are really powerful, but they can be quite complex to setup. It's possible to create views based on all kinds of criteria. Typically I use contexts for this. For example you could create a view that shows everything in your outline, but hides stuff with a context of 'Hidden' If you don't yet understand contexts, you would need to learn that first before moving onto custom views. It's very flexible, but it's possible to create views based on multiple criteria, you could create one such as: Hide folders marked with a context of 'Hidden' but only hide them if they have a review date before today's date. Really the possibilities are endless, but as I said this is MLO at a very advanced level. I could set something up like this in 5 minutes, but it would take me a long time to explain how to do it step by step. Have a read around on the subject, you will need to use the advanced filter options. I'll try my best to assist further if you need it. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MyLifeOrganized" group.
