It has cleared up a lot of the confusion I had (Andrey should really add it to the user guide). It really is helpful to see a worked out example, and I really like the work flow you presented. MLO is making a lot more sense to me now. One question. Would you recommend pinning the first workspace (with the All Tasks outline view) to keep it at that leftmost position? Seems like a good idea.
