I'm finding the same thing - I never really had to think about syncing
either Desktop or iPhone, but now the Desktop sync doesn't seem to happen
automatically.

My MLO starts automatically with Windows 10, and I use it frequently, but
yet when I check my iPhone, there are tasks from 36h ago which are in my
Desktop Inbox but not on my iPhone inbox. When I press f9 Sync on my
desktop, the tasks suddenly appear, indicating that the issue seems to be
with the desktop rather than the iPhone. This has been happening for at
least a week.

I suspect it could be an issue with the Desktop client, possibly the way it
works in Windows 10 or even with a recent Windows update that was pushed
through?
