Hi, Gideon. For your future reference, this forum works best if you raise a single issue or question in each separate thread. You would have had both of your answers sooner if this was two posts, one about pdfs and the other about inboxes.

PDF

I'm assuming that you are talking about the Windows version of MLO. If you really wanted to do this on Android or IOS please write back and say so. MLO/Windows does not include any PDF conversion however you can print your tasks (select PRINT from the FILE menu). After you hit the PRINT button you get to select a printer. My list of available printers has one physical printer and four virtual printers that convert the print image to pdf. If you have anything like that, select it and that should do it for you. If you don't, you should look into getting one.

Multiple inboxes

It's very likely that at some point you created a new profile on some device, used it for a while, and then set up synch, and this caused your multiple inboxes. Cure: pick one inbox and move all of your inbox content there. Delete all empty inboxes. Sync. If you have multiple inboxes again, repeat the procedure another time or two. Explanation: New profiles are created without an inbox. There are numerous functions within MLO that reference the inbox, if there is none one is created. Now you have one. If you sync, the sync process will add the inbox folder from the cloud copy to your profile. Now you have two You are allowed to have multiple tasks on MLO with the same description, so MLO does not recognize anything wrong with having two inboxes. This should probably be fixed, but none of us have pushed the issue very hard, probably because it only affects users who are still trying to get their workflows set up, after a while they get it cleaned up and don't care enough to pursue getting a fix.

Dear All,

Is it possible to export MLO in a report format in PDF?

What is the function of inbox in MLO? Everytime I do Wifi sync, the inbox will be duplicated,

Is there a way to prevent duplication of task during wifi sync?

Thanks for your time and effort!
