Hi Dwight! Thanks for your thorough answer! This solved my problem, and the part about the widgets is very clever.
I also was a bit worried if notifications from both my files would trigger on the phone but as far as I can see that too works as it should. Great! Now my concern is shifted towards how quickly and how often both profiles update in the background. But that is a separate issue and I don't expect a respons here.
