Budgeting: I am using New You Need a Budget (also called NYNAB) which is a 
100% web app. It is working well for me, but I also use a spreadsheet for 
forecasting how much I plan to spend during the year.

MLO storing pictures or having Rich Text notes: I am against it because MLO 
has always had a lightweight footprint and RTF means "bloated software" to 
me.
