While I think MLO is incredibly deep in all the functionality it covers, there is something I need to do that I have not been able to figure out. I have a repeating monthly event which always happens on the 2nd Wednesday of every month, it’s not a fixed date. I have a number of repeating tasks and reminders that I need to set up, some of which happen before that day, and some after. So for example, say I need to set up a repeating monthly task which needs to happen on the Monday, 2 days before. I can’t set this to “2nd Monday of the Month”, because depending on how the calendar falls, this would not always be correct. So the way I have tried to do it, is to set the Due Date to the 2nd Weds of the month, and then use a lead time of 2 days. This is close, but it’s not quite what I need, because really I want the *Due Date* to be on the Monday, not the lead time date, because the task actually has to be completed on the Monday. How can I do this?
Similarly, I also need to assign some tasks that have to happen on the Friday, 2 days after the second Weds of the month. Here I am really stuck, because there is no way to use a negative lead time. Again, I can’t say “2 nd Friday of the month”, what I need is “2 days after the 2nd Wed of the month”, which may not be the same thing. So far, I have not found a way to set this up, is there a way?
